HTML email template designs

Hi Freelancers, Our company is gearing up for a full marketing schedule that is due to commence in March. For this we need to create five email templates for each one of our products plus two Newsletter template designs – one intended for customers and one for prospects. We use Dotmailer for our email marketing; the system contains a wyswig/html editor and a ‘drag and drop’ easy editor. Ideally, the template design would need to be compatible with the latter. For the product campaigns Each template would need to consist of three main areas – header, content, footer. The header and footer areas would ideally be locked for each campaign with the content area (text) allowed to be editable. Each header would contain the product logo and strapline with a navigation bar underneath. The purpose of the product campaigns is to drive to a landing page and from there to the relevant product website - so for this we want to make this link obvious. It might be and idea to have this link in the navigation bar AND within the content area of the email. Rather than linking directly to one of our websites in the navigation bar (this is what the landing page is for) we would include generic links in the navigation bar such as contact, forward to a friend and view in browser. The footer would be locked for each campaign and include logos of our full product range plus company details. For the newsletters The same concept except the customer newsletter header would contain our full product range logos w/ strapline and the customer newsletter would contain the company logo (Gemini Network Media) as this is our corporate identity which brings all our products together under one banner. I can provide all original vector artwork and a full brief upon request.
