Website Homepage PSD

Hi, We have finally been able to piece together what we want our word-press homepage to look like and we need help accomplishing this. We have designs from .PSD's, .JPEG and the main header from [login to view URL] This project will require the freelancer to create a highly professional final .psd that we can send off to another freelancer we use to convert to html and develop the rest of the interior pages. The images are all on hand and we just need the final layout website to be finalized. The design will also include 5 slide shows that we also have 80% done so a total of 5 psds (1 with each new slide show picture) will need to be delivered by Sept. 16th, 2013.
