Website Template Design Artwork Request - repost

This project is for the creation of website concept art, supporting additional images, and then final website graphics. This project is ONLY for the Home Page Art Template. It is NOT for the whole website or the html. The work required based on our internal designers experience is 4 hours minimum to 8 hours maximum (allowing for design review, adjustments, and generation of the final art). Our Detailed Design Request is Attached. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE RESPONDING WITH A BID... and make sure your response includes the specific response terms indicated in the document. If you don't do this we will not consider you for the project. PLEASE NOTE - For purposes of this project you will be doing the template plus the following additional art (per the guidelines) - 3 promo images - 1 generic spot add - 1 generic banner add As an Overview, the project requires creating a design within the framework specifications given, along with supporting miscellaneous artwork when necessary. The general steps in the process will be as follows: 1. Concept Creation – An initial Design Concept that WILL NOT be used as final art, but will be reviewed to obtain feedback until a final design concept is approved. Branding concepts will be provided with each project. This may include Logo, Images, Promotional Materials, etc. UPON APPROVAL of the Concept 2. Finished Template Creation - to be kept within the confines of the attached frameworks – 1,2,3. 3. Some requests will require additional artwork. If so we this will be specified in the request details. The additional artwork when need will be for specified Blocks within the framework – Requirements will vary depending on each project but may include; a. Promo Slides b. Banner Design c. Spot Ad Development 4. Final Delivery – For the finished template design, as well as any additional artwork. We request that the template concept and images be completed and delivered in web-ready format and in accordance with the design guidelines and requirements in this document.
