We are looking to build from scratch a dynamic e-commerce website on a php, preferable magento, backend. Client currently has a site that has 50-75% of functionality and technology built in, but is programmed on “ Ruby on rails”, and needs to be moved to PHP. The current website is www.emailservicesystem.us. The work includes all standard e-commerce site work, as well as the following: 1. Migrate all requested content from the clients current site, and recreate or clone all of its functionalities 4 Verify Compatibility on product page, current functionality does not work. 5 Ability to download current mount finder file 6. Site search functionality which improves on current functionality. Would like to add a text search of at least the short description of the product and return results of this text search in the browse page results. 7. e-commerce shopping cart. Main functionality will be based on logging in as a dealer. 8. Dealer portal - previous orders Improve current interface and ease of use. Should be able to view and search past orders and also have ability to duplicate orders. 9. Ability to store encrypted credit card information so that dealer does not have to input credit card number each time that they order. 10. different prices for different types of users 12 columns if pricing for different types of users 11. Special pricing: a separate table for special pricing for certainusers. 12. Ability to download existing price columns and special price table into .csv file. 13. Ability to edit orders after order before shipment. 14. email notification system for order processing. 15. Ability to download daily order information into an excel or .csv type of a format. Some ability to map fields would be desired. 16. UPS and FedEx rate integration with respective websites. Ability to modify the actual amount charged for shipping by applying formula to derived rates from UPS and FedEx. 17. Improved download section. In addition to current functionality, ability to download catalogs, brochures as well as links such as a link to iTunes to download Crimson Catalog iBook. Ability to create sections and sorting of how these various items appear on the downloads page. 18. blog.
