Video Banner site

I need a site similar to [login to view URL] just with no so many options. So the user can record the screen, or to upload video. To resize recording size and length (max of video length should be 10 sec after cut ). Recording video should be saved into working extension and uploaded should be converted to it (need to accept at least main formats as AVI,MPEG and FLV) Video should be resized to standard banner or header sizes (Example for header [login to view URL] ) After that video need to be converted into HTML5 format. User need to have option to add logo and text (few fonts to chose) into video, with fade in, fade out effect for text and time to showing the text in video. The final product should be responsive video banner or header in HTML5 format, with "Keep ratio" resize method – (try to fit video to size without black stripes or cropping) that will be hosted on my site. Members should have option to log in into members area, so they can see their projects and to copy the HTML (embed) code to their site.
