Build an ECommerce Website for our Flower Business

We are looking for a web developer/designer for our ECommerce eternal roses store. We need someone who will work from a blank page to our first sale. The website [login to view URL] is what we are aiming for as far as design and functionality and being SEO friendly. Please see their website and if you are capable of designing and developing a blank copy of that website but with our company products and content then we are interested in hearing your proposal. We are only interested in the layout and functionality of their website. Our website will differ from their website once but their page will be a good starting point. We are not interested in any of their intellectual property or ideas so there would be no copyright infringement. We would supply all our proprietary content. Both text and photos and videos. We just like the structure and functionality of the website. If you are not able to meet these requirements please do not respond. Also, whatever quote you send please let it be accurate. There is not much to vary or discuss. It is a very good description of the job from start to finish. We will be using Shopify just like they do and any other vendor will also be the same. This would be a 2 phase process. Phase one would be getting the website built. That phase would only have our more basic products and some filler content so we can check code for functionality and to see how SEO friendly it is. The second phase would include all of our products and we would publish the page and tweak any faults in functionality. the rest of our line.. If the person or company chosen by us can do the website maintenance once the page is published and we work out an agreement for website maintenance. Please note that our website will contain as many products as the page we are using as a reference. Therefore it will be just as complex and have as many subpages as the one we provided. Payment will be divided into two equal parts. This is not negotiable. We will not release any milestones until we are satisfied with the work. We are fair and easy to work with but we have had bad experiences with our other company on this site. The person we deal with has to have good communication skills in English.
