Not a complex one but time taking, Lemme explain you my understanding to confirm that we're on the same page.
1)The comparison site will have 2 types of users, Customers(CS) and Service providers(SP).
2)Customers will log into the site, Manage profile settings. In the dashboard customers will have an option to request a quote, Here customers need to provide with the required details like departure point, destination and other info(TBD)
3)SP will log into the system and view the quotation requests. They can provide the quotations checking the requests and it will be submitted to the CS.
4)CS will have all the quotations from the different SP and compare them.
5)CS will have settings in their account from where they can view all the quotations for all of their respective previous requests
Some questions:-

1)What details the CS need to provide at the time of requesting quotations? Would there be any dynamic attributes for price calculation like distance/weight of goods etc?
2)What will be the logic of sending quotation requests to the SP? Like based on the location(Nearby SP) or Same category based?
3)Would there be any options for CS to shortlist SP or hire them?
