Fix Responsive Design Template

Hi, I need a 2 page template fixed for a site that I am going to build in php. I do not have a lot of experience with responsive design, therefore I’m going to have you fix the template. I have some minor white space issues I need fixed, and some major responsive design issues that need repaired. The template must work perfectly on all major devices and mobile without any errors. I had a previous programmer working on this project and they were unable to fix all the errors, and they chose to abandon the project. This template design is based off of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Home Page Edits 1. Create correct layout of the header. I have attached a graphic based on how it should be setup. The body of this site should be 1520. The content of the header should be also restrained by 1520 and be centered. If window is bigger than 1520 make dark blue background behind logo horizontally longer, and the logo, links, search bar, sign in button do not move. See [login to view URL] for an example of this action by making window very small then making it very large. 2. Move section headers on front page like “Daily Top Ten Tech Deals” and “Computers”, etc. closer down to their section. There should be more vertical white space above the header title, and less below it. Also, please add in a <HR> below each box section. See [login to view URL] for an example. 3. Center bottom banner on front page. 4. Responsive Page errors. There are a lot. These are the ones I know of. A. The header is a disaster and does not work at all. B. There should be equal white space between the boxes and the right column at all times. Currently, depending on the size of the window the white spacing may be off. C. When making the window smaller, a lot of times the right column disappears when it shouldn’t. I need the right column to stay entire time, unless browser goes to one box wide. D. If I resize browser window very large, the right column also disappears for some reason. No idea why. 5. Mobile version creation. It would be nice to have a simpler mobile version created. I’m not sure if you can do this with responsive design and/or have to create a new template. But here is basically what I want it to look like on mobile from top to bottom. A. Logo B. Link pull down C. Search Box D. 300x250 ad banner E. 10 White boxes F. 300x250 ad banner G. 10 white boxes H. etc… Product Page Edits 1. Raise right column up so it matches left column. 2. Add in a long description area below the green button. Just place a few paragraphs of plain text below the green button as a place holder. 3. Make it responsive. I have not checked for errors. I’m sure there are some. 4. Make it look good on mobile. A. Logo B. Link pull down C. Search Box D. Product Photo E. Product Title F. Product Description G. Product Buy Button H. Product Description long I. 300x250 banner J. Small other deals boxes underneath K. 300x250 banner The previous programmer flipped out on me when he couldn’t complete the project to my desire, therefore I do not have nice copies of the files. Luckily, I saved the pages. I uploaded 3 zip files. I saved it from 3 browsers. Unfortunately, they do not parse correctly on the Firefox and Chrome saves. It works perfectly within the Safari file, but you may not be able to read it correctly if you do not have a Mac. Not sure. Anyway, I just uploaded all incase they may help you. This could be an easy project, but it could also be very difficult. I must have a 100% error free template without any responsive errors across all major browsers and mobile. This project requires extreme thorough testing and patience to get a perfect template. I must have a 100% tight design. Message with questions. Regards, Wyatt
