Long term wordpress website manager & editor

I am looking for someone with the below skill set to manage one or more blogs on an ongoing basis: 1. Publish new articles (using the Thrive Content Builder plugin or Visual Composer plugin) 2. Improve the formatting, style, presentations of previous articles and other pages of the website (e.g. adding the TWEET THIS button in the right areas of an article using the plugins that we have installed already or by using a different one, adding a CTA such as newsletter optin box at the end of an article using an existing plugin or another one) 3. Create new landing pages using the Thrive Themes plugin or the Visual Composer (you must know what a landing page is and how important it is etc etc) 4. Continuously update existing pages (e.g. adding new pictures or information to the SPEAKING page to display any events I have recently spoken at) 5. Consistently work with the developer and me to test the site on various mobile devices and others, make suggestions for new features etc. 6. You must ensure that the site is constantly being backed up and that it is working fine. 7. Come up with new ideas for increasing number of email subscribers (e.g. by suggesting what content piece to use as a lead magnet, or which popup optin box plugin to use) You must know: - wordpress (publishing, installing or enabling plugins) - landing page design - some basic coding (html, css, may be some php) - Excellent English writing skills - ideally, some knowledge of content marketing, SEO, branding During the initial 3 weeks trial period the work load will be minimal. Once you have proven yourself we may increase your work load and also offer you management of new sites. The project will be on hourly basis only. No negotiations on that. You must track your work with freelancer clock.
