Project: Website Redesign by WordPress Company Overview / Target Audience: It is a teacher recruiting service offered by Global Partners - education specialists who place teachers into the Japanese education system, with an exclusive niche in private schools, and actively support school direct hires. Global Partners are a team of dedicated education specialists committed to the successful matching of qualified, professional English teachers to Japanese schools where they can fulfill their true potential as a teacher, as well as educate and inspire young minds. We expect our teachers to be highly motivated, self reliant and dedicated to education. (> and what we want): -The current website looks dated, and seems bloated with too many menus / pages.

>Minimize number of pages -We cannot manage a lot of the pages and contents. >We need to be able to manage all aspects of the site -It has no links to our SNS pages. >Add SNS links -There are 2 registration processes. 1) a quick register where users just enter name and email (to receive regular newsletters); 2) a full register that takes a lot of time and difficult to use. With the full register, users are able to receive job notifications. >If possible, somehow combine both, ie. Name, email, and resume attachment only as required fields. Registered users will get both newsletters and job notifications.
*We’re using third party software for emailing newsletters and job information. 楽メール (stepmail - for newsletters, and job mail - for job notifications)
*We’re also open to a different software. -Latest news difficult to find, not in top page. >Have latest news and blog items in top page >Combine News & Blog to 1 page. -It is not mobile device optimized. >This is a must. -Content-wise it is very substantial and informative. >However, needs editing and clear ‘call to action’ -Company doesn’t have a face.
>Add introduction/greeting video, Stuff Team photo and message -Other than commenting on blog articles and periodic newsletters to registered users, there is no other customer engagement
