Remove a name out of about 100 Word Press pages

Hello, I had a client not pay so want to strip out her name and company out of each page. The main pages are done, but there are about 100 pages developed for SEO purposes that have her name or company name in them. So the project is to replace her company name with a new company name, replace her name with either "we" or "our", and update the two links in each page. For example, change "Janet’s mission is to deliver the greatest and thought out experience for you. " to "Our mission is to deliver the greatest and thought out experience for you.
