Sir you don't need to make a new website it will just slow your current site and make it worse. Just every text content (word, text etc..) mark as php variable for example <?php $home ?> and then make another php code for every language $home = 'home'; (english), $home = 'maison; (french); ....etc.. Then when user click certain button it will change language of page really fast. That technique use Facebook. I would like to do for you on your page on any language you want.
