We require a basic 3 page website where users provide information about a problem in their country, as well as a possible solution. It operates much like a survey website - users enter text and select options, then submit their information. Users can also view all submitted surveys (called Suggestions). This is a prototype with minimal features, for testing the concept. If successful, we will develop fully-featured mobile apps (iOS and Android). Preferably, you will also have the skills to undertake this future work. We will provide the detailed scope of work to preferred bidders. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Application Features and Deliverables Inclusions 1. Three pages – Home, List_Suggestions and About 2. Menu bar (Header) with buttons 3. User can create and submit suggestions 4. User can view list of all suggestions 5. Glyphs/icons used where appropriate 6. Full coding of website 7. Provision of complete website code and source code. 8. Full debugging Exclusions 1. User delete, modify or save draft of suggestions 2. A search or filter function 3. User Report inappropriate content 4. User 'Like' a suggestion 5. User upload a photo 6. Facebook authorisation/login and any social media integration 7. Graphics design (logos, backgrounds, etc) 8. Android/iOS apps. 9. Google analytics code: we will insert [login to view URL] code separately 10. Web hosting 11. Purchasing any third-party services (ie. Analytics, hosting, domains) 12. Search Engine Optimisation Architecture specifications The application must: 1. Coding must be conform to best practice conventions 2. Have responsive pages (eg. Bootstrap) 3. Be optimised for smartphone (mobile) usage 4. Be compatible across different mobile browsers 5. A single separate database for recording the suggestions of users. The user cannot interact with the database directly. The following is suggested, but not a requirement: 1. Separation of the model, view and controller (database) code 2. Entity Framework and .NET 3. Visual Studio solution The following is not required: 1. SSL or user authorisation
