Template to a Website. Coding, CMS (easy one), and SEO integration

The project is to implement, and create a Website for a Real Estate Rental from a provided Design in either PSD of InDesign (your choice, but it's originally in InDesign). The successful freelancer should have strong skills with his choice of code language, CMS, a basic understanding of SEOs and complete the project as agreed. The website should be responsive, easy CMS access for future expansion of houses, and small changes like availabilities, but it DOES NOT NEED A SEARCH SYSTEM (thus no SQL really necessary) Scope to be completed by freelancer: - Code each page and create page for every propriety, and a blank one with footer & etc. - Pages Approach 20 pages (see map site image) - Contact Forms - Basic SEO Optimization across new website - All work should be fully supported within your CMS of choice for editing. E.g. no hard coding where possible. Project hand over: - Freelancer will grant access to the CMS and a final website. (Please propose your usual way of delivery) Project should be completed with 10 business days of awarding project. Otherwise 10% discount for each week will apply. Time will be allowed for corrections and small changes. Communication is expected, we can answer most of your questions. Respondents who show they have clearly skipped the reading... (do I need to explain). The design & coding will be handled by me (not the final client, aka a third party) a Graphic Designer team and someone with a prior knowledge of web coding. I'm giving you freedom in the languages, CMS & tools to be used, but mention them and I like clean coding. Please take a little time to explain, both your coding language, your CMS of choice, and preferably minimum 2 exemples.
