However, if the site were to lose income or fall behind on the search engines you would also need to be able to bring it back to where it previously was, due to the fact of the search engine algorhythms changing or competition increasing. This needs to be a Custom built website absolutely no prefabricated websites or copies please, and in completion the website must be search engine friendly and full scale SEO must be done as well. It also should be indexed and submitted to all major search engines in order for the website to consistently and continuously produce the desired income for the duration that it is on the web. Bounce rate must consistently be low, preferably below 10-20%. Also, this site should serve all markets, in other words it needs to be worldwide in order to capture as much revenue as possible and keep our visitors always coming back for more, if you would like to charge them a membership fee on a daily, weekly or monthly basis that is also fine by me. Please take into consideration as well the revenue from Google adsense and other websites that would like to purchase advertising space on our site. Another idea that comes to mind is a mobile version of the site so that it may also capture that extra revenue and serve that in particular market of those who carry Smartphone’s or any device that is mobile and has internet capabilities. This site must also have an easy to manage cpanel and have easy maintenance and I please request you take care of maintenance for the time that we are splitting profit. Last but not least is your percentage of profit, you will receive 30% of the profit after the site is up and running and making the requested amount of income for 30 days and work will begin on December 1, 2011. For 12 months, from when the site is up and running and producing the requested amount of income I will continue to split profit with the winning bidder and at the end of the 12 month term I will take full responsibility for the site. That is why I specifically require sustainable SEO and only white hat methods and nothing illegal so that this site will continue to bring in revenue even after our deal is done, in addition to that I will also require the winning bidder to send in weekly reports and daily if possible about the work being done.
