Web design help

I have started to design a website using 3dcart, but find I just do not have time to get it up an running. I had exported images from an existing website which is in Magento. I looked for someone to help me with Magento site but had no luck so I moved on to 3dcart. This is an overview of what I am looking for. Working from existing template, I am not locked into any template, if there is one that will work or look better, I am open to suggestions, just want a clean overall look. If interested let me know and I can send more info as needed. Looking to get the site up and running, this is what I believe needs to be done. 1. Imported images re sized for 3dcart, (exported from existing website using cart2cart) 2. Design of home page, would like to have images of at least one detector for each manufacture, approx 7 to 10 images on home page each with a link to the product information for that product. 3. Would like a Featured product of the month place on the home page with a link to the product information for that product. 4. On home need the same links as existing site, About us, Contact us, Policies, Detectors by manufactures, Detectors by type, Accessories, Links, store hours, payment methods 5. Windy city logo & copy header images to fill top header, sized to fit as needed. (I will furnish) 6. Manufactures logos at bottom of page, with link to their products 7. Facebook and Twitter links in a predominate spot, 8. Looking to get most if not all the features (links and things) now shown on my existing site, below. 9.
