website needed to help alleviate illiteracy in Haiti!

Educlef Dot Org is an educational organization that supplies to schools and students in Haiti. Our charitable organization is formed to provide a safe and easy way for students and teachers to be able to have books and supplies to teach, read and write. We need a really good and functional website. we already have the Domain ([login to view URL]) registered - and already have most of the contents and sitemap ready, we already draftedout the wireframe, but its all on paper right now. We already have all the ideas as to how this site can work, including forms, signup, and login info- all we need is a good developer/designer to make it look really good for us. This site will a crowdfunding like of like donorsChoose, but for Haiti, so it will have to be multi lingual, as in french, Haitian Creole, English, Spanish and Dutch languages. it needs to have a map with all the 10 Departments in Haiti so that every time a teacher add a campaign on thee site, the number will just just show up ind]side that map bubble, (e.g, if a school has 5 project in the northwest department thank the number 5 will show up in hat bubble, once clicked on, than all the the 5 campaign will show up. 1) The site has to have the Haitian color scheme as in( RED and BLUE) with a little bit of white. yellow and green. 2) the website need to be able to receive donations for all of our 10 programs, and we need to have a an active Thermometer Tracker to show how much is going where. 3) The site also need to have a map to show where or what school those campaign are located. 4) The website need to have a active cumilative Pie chart on the Transparency page to show how much donation we receive for all the donation criterias as ( Government, Private Donation, Foundations, church etc.) and on the same page there need to be a Goal Stretcher Tracker to let everyone know if they donate to it where their donations will take us. 7) The website need a payment system like [Braintree or Swipe] just so we can accept all form of payments as in: Paypal, Debit or credit cards, even bitcoins. 8) It also need a E-store page to add links from Amazon. Boost, custom shirt etc,. 9) It needs to be dynamic enough to post updates from all of our representatives, we need to blog and have forum page, 10) It need to have a good channel of communication and provide enough information so folks can be interested and determine whether they want to help by volunteering or donating [login to view URL] see what we've done so far on our underconstruction[login to view URL], and take it from there.
