I can develop responsive WordPress site for you; once the site is ready you will be able to manage the content and images from backend. Home = Can have navigation at top, slider with some images, then some about information and the footer About page = It can be simple content oriented page with some image if needed. Blog = Will be a list or grid of posts with Title, image and description as well as read more button and read more button will linked to detail page. Resource page = What you want here; simple content and images or something else? Contact page = Can have some contact information say Email Id, Contact Number, Social links and google map to show location if needed. And there may be a Form with Name, Email and Message; submission of form will send an email to admin. Logo, image and content will be required from you.
