Wordpress Listify theme customisation

Hello, We have started to build a website from the listify theme([login to view URL]) and need some help customizing it. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience with this theme (and its plug ins) and who will be available in the future to help us with our ongoing development when required. Here are a few items we would like to do: 1) Create a child theme with current settings (we have been using Jetpack to edit the CSS, but I believe if we want to make function changes we should create a child theme (please correct me if I am wrong)? 2) We have a purchased the WP Faucet plugin and need help setting it up correctly and creating different searching options in the website. 3) We have created custom fields using the WP Field Editor plugin and would like to change the way the new fields appear on single listing page if possible. For example: A) we have created a multiple image upload field and would like this to display in a slider with text below each image. B) Would like to display multiple fields in a chart instead of in individual widgets on the single listings page C)We are currently using WooCommerce to list products with prices (but they are not for sale) we would like to remove the link to the single product page so the items are just static (our site is not for purchasing). Also interested in understanding if there is a better way to do this... maybe just as adding these items as a WP Job manager custom field instead of using woocommerce. We want it to be as easy as possible for people creating a listing to add a product and to make the products and prices searchable with the Faucet plug in. 4) Would like to do a number of items with code already available here: [login to view URL] - remove add photos links - Assign a static picture for each gallery - Limit photo upload size for non-admins - Increase header size for specific pages - Limit Photo Uploads to Listing Owner - Add Icons to Default or Custom Widget Titles Please provide a breakdown of price as we may choose not to make all of the changes at this stage if they are too expensive.
