The project is to create, and submit a simple iphone game to be sold on the appstore. The game is a simple question and answer game. The game will start with a number of opening screens then game play will start; 1. a question and two possible answers will appear 2. the user will select an answer 3. depending on the answer selected a different question will be asked next 4. the answer will effect the users score( 5. a slightly different image will be shown with each question 6. the game will end after approximately fifty questions All game designs will be provided by me in photoshop files and all game questions will be provided by me in a spreadsheet file. It is your responsibility to create the game and have it successfully submitted to the apple store and approved for sale.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The game will be designed to run on all versions of the iphone and ipod touch and the project will only be declared complete when it has been approved for sale by apple on the app store. It is the coders responsibility to ensure the game is approved for sale on the apple app store.
