Microsoft System Administration Bootcamp This bootcamp is for a semi-governmental organization here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who typically has a large batch of IT new-hires each year. In the past they have sent their new-hires abroad for training with well known training firms. Unfortunately, it seems that the quality they received from such firms was rather poor and they were dissatisfied. Thus we are hoping to find better freelance trainers who would also have real world experience. The trainer needs to have both excellent technical skills and presentation skills and has the background to be able to give the following training courses: 1. Fundamentals of Windows Server 2008/Administering Windows Server 2012 2. Windows 7 or 8 Boot Camp 3. Implementing and Managing Microsoft® Server Virtualization 4. Administering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager 5. Administering Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Databases 6. Configuring and Managing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 7. Configuring, Managing and Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 8. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Please note that its extremely important that the trainer have truly excellent presentation skills. Native English speakers preferred (i.e. from the US, Canada, UK, etc..) So its expected that the trainer travel to Riyadh and stay for several weeks to conduct the training of these courses. Given the number of topics the stay maybe be lengthy, and the schedule can be worked out at your preference. (e.g. a full stretch or break it into two groups.) Additionally, its expected that the trainer will have training material for the mentioned subjects. If the customer is satisfied, we can expect this to be a reoccurring project. If you are not comfortable covering all the topics alone and know another excellent trainer you would like to collaborate with, we are open to such arrangements. I have emphasized the presentation skill aspect. So the customer may ask for a preview, possibly over Skype or a recorded session.
