Set Up WooCommerce Shipping Methods for Multiple Products

I have a combination of products with different shipping zones and shipping methods. I need help to apply the zones and methods to the products when there are multiple products in the cart. For individual free shipping products, I need to hide flat rate shipping methods. For individual flat rate products, I need to hide free shipping methods. If there is a free shipping product and a flat rate product, you need to show the flat rate shipping method. I've tried to accomplish this with the WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin. I can restrict one product from offering the other shipping method but when both products are in the cart, no methods are offered. Do not accept this project unless you are 100% percent sure you can do it. I won't release funds if it is not complete.
