Dear , -PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS FULL BRIEF. WE WON'T ACCEPT BEGINNERS OR PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T READ OUR BRIEF.- The shop [login to view URL] is currently using Woocommerce and WPML on 6 main languages. We want to find a professional partner THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE AND REAL EXPERT IN WOOCOMMERCE, DEVELOPMENT and WEBMARKETING, to: 1. Copy the current live site on a new staging server where you will work. We can setup a temporary domain name if you need . 2. Remove completely WPML and keep only French site. 3. Install [login to view URL] plugin that will generate automatic translation from french (we know how to do this part, not difficult for us). 4. Clean the heavy database and keep only what is useful > So you need to be an expert in SQL queries and database cleaning and optimization. 5. Remove and clean many plugins (files + database). 6. Completely uninstal the current theme and clean the database from it. 7. Together, we need to carefully select and install a best theme possible (e.g. [login to view URL] ) . The new theme needs to be 2020 oriented: fastest loading possible, fully mobile reponsive (AMP if possible, but need to check comatibility first) and very good UX to maximize our sales. 8. Do a lot of work on the site to make it look great and exploit the maximum functions from it. We also want a great megamenu “Amazon style”. 9. The homepage needs to be fully redesigned together, 2020 style, maximizing trust and conversions. 10. Working on site speed optimization with our plugin [login to view URL] 11. Check and improve mobile usability. 12. Test site for errors, 404s, URLs changes from current live version. 13. Once staging version is finished, fully tested and validated, we need to add the last customers orders and push the new site to the live dedicated server. 14. Monitor few days the new live site for errors. We have more sites to do like this one, if working with you is a success. We need you to work full time on it so it is finished as soon as possible.
