jQuery Typewriter Effect on Wordpress Post Excerpts

Hello, This is a very easy task for somebody that knows jQuery and Wordpress. I basically want a box to display the 9 latest posts title and excerpt (50 characters). On the 10th post I want it to come in at the bottom so it's looking like its being typed. This effect: [login to view URL] Then once the post is complete, it moves the post up one and then does the next post underneath in typewriter style again knocking the top post off. If 15 of the latest posts can then scroll between each other that'd be the best solution. I'm looking for this to be completed within 2 days and the budget is low but I am in the need of an ongoing jQuery developer so work will be passed your way in the future.
