U design - copy an existing u design website - owned by me (basically opening the same business but in a different location)

Hi guys, its a pretty straight forward one, i own the following wordpress u design (template) webisite : [login to view URL] - This website is currently ranking number one on google for the location of maidstone and kent (where the business is located). I am in the process of opening a second clinic, in a different location and have bought the same wordpress, and u design template.... Only this time i want to just copy everything over, however instead the KEYWORDS and SEO need to be specific to canterbury, kent. I would need the website to be identical, the only difference should be in the canterbury, kent and address / contact details. I would need all the images (and their names used within the site) and SEO to reflect the new location of Canterbury. I need every little detail, especially in the back end, and seo to be the same, however changing to Canterbury. The coding is there and done..... I have the log in details of the current site, so you can copy and past everything to make things quicker. The time i am guessing would be to make everything look exactly the same, and for the SEO and all related keywords and back end labels of images to be the same as the existing site, but related to Canterbury in kent.
