Caspio Wordpress expert needed

I need assistance setting up interaction from website to Caspio data source for authentication, content delivery, and response handling. I'm looking for someone to direct me as I understand most of what is needed and can do most of the work. This is probably a 10 - 20 hour task over a period of 2 - 3 weeks. I'll need someone who will consult in US evening hours, speaks clear english and not only knows how to do something, but how to explain it
