Create an extra page on my website where my clients can send digital thank you cards.

I am looking for a developer to help me create an additional page on my website (wordpress website). The idea is to create Kudos Cards which can be sent through my website. Kudos cards are like recognition cards: here you find an exemple: [login to view URL] You will need to add a page on my website where my clients can select a kudo card, register to an account, make a payment, personalise the card and send the cards to their colleagues. I am working with a designer to design the cards but I would need a developer to make the page on my website. I have the template wordpress Salient and I use WP Bakery Page Builder on my website.
