Rebuild HTML website in Wordpress

Hello fellow devs! I need some assistance in getting an HTML website copied over to Wordpress using a theme purchased from Themeforest (Directory+ theme by AIT) Your job will be to populate the new installation with the client's content (located on their existing website) and possibly include some light theme customization. I will provide the development platform (installed on a temporary domain) including Wordpress and basic theme installation. WP admin credentials and FTP access will be provided. You will need to copy the content from the old website located at newkirkchamber[d0t]com into the new (development) website using the content structure provided by the "AIT Directory" theme / modules. Everything on the old site is just static HTML content, including the "commerce page" listings, but these commerce listings will need to be copied over as individual post entries (within the AIT theme module) so that visitors can use the search and mapping tools built into the theme. Don't worry, there aren't very many entries. (It's a small town website) The project is pretty straightforward. I just have too many projects going on to do this in the time frame required by client.
