wordpress theme portfolio need to be fixed

Hello, i have wordpress site am using wpseo theme i need portfolio page / showcase to fix for hight and i want scroll down automatic if any image is large in hight , so even those hight will be fixed and showing the upper part , and when user mouse over it will be auto scrolling top to bottom. let me know if you have experience on this and you can fix this. thanks!
