Wordpress / Woocomerce. Tax is being calculated wrong. Please fix

hi, Currently my ecommerce website is adding the tax and credit card fee wrong on the checkout page and I need this edited. the checkout page should calculate the total as follows. Credit card fee = 3% of subtotal & shipping tax = 6% of subtotal only (tax is not added to shipping cost) Final Checkout Total = subtotal + shipping + Credit Card Fee + Tax Right now the tax is being calculated with the credit card fee. The credit card fee is non taxable. Make sure final checkout total uses correct parameters for credit card fee and tax shipping is non-taxable
