Access to XML Export / XML to Access Import

PROJECT OUTLINE We need to export data from our MS Access database into a predefined XML file which is then emailed to a third party for processing. Once the third party has processed the XML file, they will send a XML file which we then need to import into our MS Access database. SPECIFICATIONS Attached is the file specifying the export and import parameters required. EXPORT REQUIREMENTS Our process would be that the coder provide a subset of export parameters so that we can export data and test that the code works for that subset. IMPORT REQUIREMENTS The coder would then provide a subset file of the import parameters so that we can import data and test that the code works for that subset. DELIVERY & PAYMENT This project needs to be turnkey delivered no later than 23 October 2011. Payment will be made based on progress, 10% for export subset tested and working, 10% for import subset tested and working, 30% on delivery, balance (50%) upon success export and import of data to and from third party, within 14 days of delivery.
