I have data in CSV format (some columns have multiple records, which you will need to expand). I need a perl script to process the data into DBLP XML format (look at proceedings examples here: http://dblp.uni-trier.de/faq/How+can+I+submit+meta+data+for+a+complete+journal+or+[login to view URL]) I will give you the mappings (and a hand-created sample with 2-3 records) between my CSV data and DBLP XML, so you need only write a small script that on command-line, takes my csv as input and crates the XML.

Hi, I want more information about your project. Is this an academic assignment of any sort? If it is, I agree to work if it's only a small part of it, ok? Other than this, should be straightforward, quick and easy to do. There should be some type of XML library for Perl to help us with that.
