I need to have an iOS app with a lock screen widget, that allows you to record audio memos immediately after tapping it, like with the app "Tape It". Afterwards the recordings should just be saved in an local iPhone or iCloud folder. Make it as simple as possible, just allow the deletion of a recording and the change of the save folder.
