If this is a fixed rate project then the freelancer will be free to work on their own with no visual oversight. If this is taken as an hourly project then the freelancer will be required to download to screen record their work sessions and it will also track the actual time spent on the project. This project should only take 20 hours so I expect delivery to take no more then 4 days, that is only 5 hours per day to be dedicated to this project.
