When people call to use the company directory, there is Michelle 1 at one location, and Michelle 2 at another location. I have a folder which contains thousands of other folders, each of which contain files (of a few different file extensions ex: url, .mp4, .jpg). To organize these files, i will usually go into each folder, one by one, selecting all the files in the folder, then I use the right-click/context menu, in which I have a program called Files2Folders, which puts each of the selected files, into their own folder, based on their file extension. I am looking for a tool (python?) to automate and batch process each folder contained in the main parent folder. I dont need a gui, just a simple .bat file will suffice.

I have a few extensions on FreePBX that are used for a support team that also uses HaloPSA as their ticketing system. I need the two integrated in 3 different ways: 1. When a call comes in, a new ticket window should pop on the agent's web browser, this should be configured on the softphone (Zoiper, Bria, or anyone you recommend) 2. After the call is completed, the call recording should be attached as a file to that ticket. 3.
