I want to build a custom solution to stream online a bunch of over 100 network IP cameras on a dedicated web server. Each camera have its own DDNS and RTSP stream with H264 video encoding. The developer will install all the required modules and appropriate software on the server, including the rtmp module, the nginx server, along with the hls player and ffmpeg. The cameras will be streaming 24/7 in a bitrate varying from 512kbps-1024kbps, in a resolution 1920x1080 at 20-25fps. The cameras must produce a custom m3u8 stream in order to be embedded in a web page or a mobile application, with a custom logo overlay in the player. Regarding the encoder it could be used an open source streaming encoder or a cheap one like Red5, Wowza, Unreal Media Server etc.

hello, as you can see in the title, Im looking for a solution that can make a real-time license plate recognation. i have been able to make it work using my own code ( yolo and darknet ) to detect the type of the vehicle ( car, bus, moto ) and to detect the plate in theses vehicule. i have been also to do my own image segmentation for the chars and performe ocr using sklearn ( python ). however my success rate is 75% ( success rate of correct reading for the numbers and letters -OCR , and not the rate of detection ) due to dotted letter like some arabic letters and English one ( i , j ) my segmetation just ignore the dotes. but I'm not stusfied with the result. so here what i need in details: - a none-GPU based solution ( my realtime will be just 10 frames per seconds , so no need t...

Given 2 images as an input, we need to get OpenCV to recognize wich parts of the first image matches parts of the second and vice-versa, it will usually be an area. Once that is done, we need to find where that picture was taken from, and get its x,y position. Input: equirectangular images, like the ones used for 360 photography, bare in mind they may have different lighting conditions i.e. one might be brighter/darker than the other one. Expected output: coordinates (x,y) that indicate where the picture was taken from in both photos and % of confidence.

I am looking for help writing a program in Python with computer vision. Would be nice if you use OpenCV, but any is fine as long as you comment your code well. Program needs to take an image file as input, and then find/locate 36 boxes that are ticked. There are 288 boxes on the paper, and they are always in the same place. 8 and 8 boxes are together, forming 8 x 36 groups and on a line of 8 boxes, only 1 is ticked. I want the ticked boxes to be stored as Group 1 to Group 36, plus the number of the ticked box, for example Group1,2 Group 4, 7 or something.
