We developed a chatbot that is able to set appointments. This chatbot is setup for multiple clients on their websites, where there website-visitors initiate a meeting booking. For this, we created a Google Project/App on Workspace and integrated Google Calendar API and taking OAuth2.0 Access from our clients, so we can view their calendar and make/update bookings.
