I'm in need of an experienced Genesys engineer who specializes in configuration, reporting, and integration. You will be responsible for: - Checking my current Configuration in Genesys in various areas such as call routing, setting up IVR, and configuring agent skill-based routing and making suggestions on how to improve the setup - Required reporting includes real-time reporting, historical reporting, and the creation of custom reports. Reports and dashboards need to be setup Expertise in Genesys configuration is a must, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills. A thorough understanding of IVR setup and skill-based routing configuration is also necessary. Knowledge of differing reporting techniques would be a plus
