Graphic Artist/Web Developer Needed

I need an urgent graphic/web developer for a very quick turnaround of a web design job. I need a quality experienced person. In addition, I am looking to add another person to my team as this role and depending on how well you do on this job, you will be getting more jobs. The project here is a 5-6 pages website with some some sub-pages. Job entails design of website, logo and layout. Content will be provided. It must be W3C standard with CSS and good coding! I will need the source files after PSD - ready sliced.
