I'm switching hosting providers, and an email form needs to be converted to use GoDaddy's hosted smtp server. Attached files include two directories, "includes", and "ccf_itd". Unzip, run ccf_itd/[login to view URL], and select "Send Reminder Email". Select the first league "Biking at Lunch", and click "Submit". Enter comments in large text box under "Add additional email comments below". Click "Send Email". The program should process ALL users in the database, and send each one of them an email containing the schedule (displayed above the large text box), and the comments from the large text box.
