Generate email from .asp page

Access dabase collects registration information for events that occur at a specific date/time, by league. I need the ability to generate and send an email to all users within a group (league), notifying them of the users that have registered for the upcoming event. Administrators currently have a page that generates most of the information, but it needs to be made much easier. Using the enclosed file, they generate text via [login to view URL], then they get the email addresses via emails.asp. Both sets of information must be copied into a separate email to be sent. This will be running on a hosted windows web-server, and is currently running at http://MySignupSheet.com. Use member id "springfield" to see how registration works, and use member id "springfieldadmin" to see the admin choices. Working webpages and database are included, as well as requested layout.
