Database conversion and data importing

I need to import data from an Access Database into a mySQL database. I have a ten tables Access 2000 database, with about overall 10.000 records. All those records must be imported into a new mysql 4.0 db. Bidder must design mysql database tables and fields, taking care of ID reference and field types. Work must be done in 2 days, 100% payments at the end of project.
