VQmod XML to make Paypal payment send shipping cost to Paypal

I need an OpenCart V2 (v 2.0.1.1) guru to modify (VQmod) "PayPal Payments Standard" payment module. It seems that such module does not send to Paypal shipping cost total, while it sends cart total amount and purchased items. My budget is lower than 20$, please consider that I will not give access to my installation directory (FTP) neither to OC backoffice.
