slice of cake made of paper

I need a template to cut out, fold, glue and make a 3D paper slice of cake. It would be a 24 degree slice of a cake that was 7 1/2" radius and 3" tall. I'd like it to look like a chocolate layer cake with white frosting that extends down about 1/3 of the way on the side. A simple design on top of the frosting like loops around the perimeter would be great. I have tried using sketchup and Waybe without much success. I understand that the fold up may reqire multiple sheets of paper. I need glue tabs and would prefer a design I can print out on letter size card stock. If that is not practical, any other size that I am likely to be able to easily print on cardstock at Kinkos is ok. The attached file shows examples of the type of finished thing I'm looking to make.
