Seeking a patient and experienced Customer Service Rep to address incoming support tickets plus manage the online reputation of several websites during downtime. Must be able to work independently and previous customer service experience is required. There is a huge opportunity for growth and salary increase. Some knowledge of botanical products a plus.
Skill requirements:
2-year college degree/certificate or EQUIVALENT experience required.
Intermediate/Expert understanding of the internet and CRM software; you will be working with a variety of both installed and online tools daily.
EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills;
Desired skills:
Knowledge of CRM systems, Magento, Zen Cart, ShipStation
Knowledge of ZenDesk
Some experience in talking with customers on the phone, resolving issues over chat, communicating over email, and managing all of the above in Zen Desk highly desirable (calls are occasionally made, there are no inbound.)
Some social media marketing experience is preferred, although not required.
Hourly rate based on experience and skill set.
