COMPLETE Website. Database to Design...

My Client needs a COMPLETE website from scratch. They want a site similar to [[login to view URL]][1] in design and functionality but not quite in size. It is website where customers can log into their accounts on the site and watch instructional / educational videos from a large video library. Complete with member profiles and paid suscriptions. We are open to different platforms/languages. (ASP.net , PHP) The plan is to host the site on a third-party server with whatever languages the site will require to function smoothly. Here are the things the site needs to include. 1. Video Library of about 150 videos (videos preferably in FLASH for bandwidth reasons). 1a. Videos must have the option to be resized to fit different resolutions. 2. Ability for customers to pay with CC or paypal to gain membership access. 2a. Membership will be temporary. (30-Day Subscription for $10 etc...) 3. Membership login and profiles with a paid subscription. 3a. Members will have their own profiles with detailed information about their activity on the site. Plus suggestions on other content related to what they have already viewed. 4. Client user interface where basic editing to the website can be accomplished. 4a. Client wants the ability to edit the website in basic form (post new videos, change some content) Not anything like changing the layouts or style, just content. Similar to how the basic wordpress UI works. 5. Client wants the ability to oversee and login to member accounts for reference or customer service reasons. With minimal editing capabilities. 6. A UI for customer service reps to oversee member accounts with minimal editing capabilities.
