Creating HTML-type files that use fields from Mysql DB

HI We have the need for a component usable in our VB6 app that enables a user to compose a file (which eventually will be used in the body of email msgs) made up of HTML tags and data from fields in a Mysql [login to view URL] don't have a clear strategy but think the info here [login to view URL] should be of use. XML, XHTML might all be relevant. The user needs to be able to open this file, modify manually the HTML tags and fields from DB they want to show and save it to a precise location on a Windows machine which this component then retrieves and renders in a browser and EML files. We're open to any solution. Should work on Windows pcs. We'd like to know what technologies the bidder plans to use. We plan to go ahead with it if the bid is satisfactory. Thanks, Mike
