Phone-shop telephony application

Technologies to be used: Flash interface and VB 6.0, compatible with Parlay i4i switches, over ISDN. Description: The application is used inside so-called phone-shops where people go to a shop and can phone using cheap rates. They go to booths and simply dial a number. The shop owner has a central pc with a program running giving him all the information about the calls the person is making: destination, duration, number of calls, etc.. Current interface use in their majority simple list view boxes with rows (the cabins) and columns (info for each call that is made). When the customer finishes they simply go to the cashier who clicks inside the line for his booth and opens up the list of calls made. What we want is for the entire interface to be designed using Flash with animated but non-obtrusive icons and such to let the shop owner what is happening at all times. For instance we could have some animation with a hand that picks up the phone when the phone is picked up in the booth and such like,... The interface will have to deal with the following elements: * The entire application has to use the same technology not just the main interface. * The interface has to be dynamic where 'lines' or cabins appear depending on the number of cabins the shop has, which the owner just configures using normal controls. The columns have to also be configurable on the fly. We will provide all low level coding to communicate with the switch. What we need then is for all the upper-level code to be developed which includes: * Call handling (pick up, hang up, numbers dialled, identification of phone's MSN numbers, ...) * Database that keeps track of all calls made and their characteristics (duration,...), * System has to handle multiple operators where the owner can pre-assign destinations to one specific phone operator, * All destinations can be added/removed, the unit price of a call to such destinations entered, peak/off-peak, etc... At this early stage, we would welcome offers and bids and will provide much more information to any successful bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All windows OS's.
