burn cd from web

For this project, we are looking for information only and you will be rewarded based on your knowledge and ability to ensure phase II will go without a problem (in fact, you might be awarded phase II). We are looking for information, existing tools/code, potential problems to do the following: Burn CDs on user's computer from a web site (content residing on a server) -Don't bid on this project letting us know you can do this (we are looking for info only, we are not sure if there will be phase II) -Don't bid on this project if you don't have experience with writing burning software We have a Flash based application (it's actually a number of flash movies [swf] + flash videos [flv] + xml + images) that part of it can be customized from a web site. So you are able to enter company info (stored in XML), upload new FLVs and images, and produce an updated version of this flash application. We then want to click a button (from the web site) and burn all contents to a CD (on user's computer, not on the server hosting the web site). Please see the attachment for more information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Mac IE,Netscape,Safari, Firefox
