This project involves the creation of a Flash Video Game, and some website programming. You will be programming a game that I have designed. For full details see the attached game and website description written in Word. EDIT: The following is being added after the initial posting. I would appreciate it if all that have posted bids previously would repost new bids with these changes in mind. If one or two of the items in this project are causing a major expense please feel free to call those items to my attention. I want to work with you and be as flexible as I can to make this a really great project. i am sure you do as well. Additons: Allow for XML to be used to: 1. contain the version name (original posting said "Integer Edition"). 2. Select the problems to be used during the game play. This should also include the ability for me to add one picture to each question IF I need to. If no picture is required for a particular question, then the game simply loads the text to the question only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
